Job Summary:
MD Aerospace Fabrication Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to drive business
growth by identifying and penetrating niche markets within the aerospace and related industries. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, market research, and lead generation
strategies to target the right clients and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Identification & Client Acquisition:
 Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries, businesses, and decision-makers
that require aerospace fabrication solutions.
 Analyze industry trends, competition, and client needs to position the company effectively.
 Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and engaging key decision-
makers.
 Build strategic relationships with businesses in aerospace, aviation, defense, and other
industries requiring precision metal fabrication.
Sales & Business Development:
 Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
 Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with our capabilities.
 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, project execution, and
after-sales support.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
 Develop customized sales strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
 Negotiate contract terms and pricing in alignment with company policies.
 Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for repeat business opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
 Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
 Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
 Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aerospace, metal fabrication, or
manufacturing industries.
 Strong ability to research and identify niche markets and high-potential customers.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Proven track record in developing and closing business deals.
 Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
 Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
