Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Email Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling email campaigns, designing eye-catching banners, and utilizing Mailchimp to reach and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Development:
-Create, design, and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
-Draft engaging email copy that resonates with our target audience.
-Design visually appealing banners and graphics for emails and other digital platforms.
Mailchimp Expertise:
-Utilize Mailchimp for building and automating email campaigns, including audience segmentation and personalization.
-Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
-Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Coordination:
-Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
-Manage the content calendar for email campaigns to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Optimization:
-Ensure all email templates are responsive and optimized for various devices and email clients.
-Maintain and update subscriber lists, ensuring data integrity and proper segmentation.
Compliance and Best Practices:
-Stay updated on email marketing best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
-Implement strategies to improve deliverability and minimize unsubscribe rates.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in email marketing and graphic design.
-Proficiency in Mailchimp, including automation workflows, segmentation, and analytics.
-Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
-Excellent copywriting and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates is a plus.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable steps.
-Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in email marketing and design coordination.
-Familiarity with other digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms).
-Experience with CRM systems and integrating them with email marketing platforms.
