Job Overview
The BIM Specialist is part of the production team responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings. The role works closely with BIM Job Captains and the BIM Manager to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Work under the direction of BIM Job Captains and the BIM Manager.
-Revise and update models based on reviews for accuracy.
-Follow BIM execution plans and project workflows.
-Produce construction documents from BIM models.
-Create custom parametric families as needed.
-Address minor BIM clashes and assist in reporting major design issues.
-Support implementation of shared coordinates.
-Help monitor project submissions, tasks, and team progress.

Qualifications
-BS Architecture or Engineering graduate.
-PRC license a plus, not required.
-At least 3 years of BIM experience, 5 years using Revit.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
-Ability to read plans across at least 3 AEC disciplines.
