KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and brand voice.
Lead content creation across digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
Oversee editorial planning, publishing schedules, and campaign execution.
Manage and mentor content creators, writers, editors, and multimedia specialists.
Ensure content consistency, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to support campaigns and product launches
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on content trends, technologies, and audience behavior to innovate approaches.
Build partnerships with agencies, influencers, and media outlets when needed
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources for content initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or digital marketing
Strong leadership and project management skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with CMS, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
