We are looking for a visionary and strategic Content Director to lead our content team and drive the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all platforms. In this role, you will oversee content strategy, development, and execution to strengthen our brand presence, attract audiences, and support business growth. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the overall content strategy aligned with company goals and marketing initiatives. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, writers, editors, and designers. • Oversee content production across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, video, and live streams. • Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize strategies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Requirements: • Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in marketing, social media, or e-commerce. • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other editing tools. • Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and motion graphics. • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing creative directions. • Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City.
