● Assist patients online and onsite on government funding agency

Secure quotations from pharmacies or sub-distributors for government funding submission
Helps on processing online/onsite applications
● Schedules patient/doctor onsite visits 4 days in a month.

Program introduction and support for doctors including distribution of consent forms
● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards on patient support programs

● Perform tasks assigned by the Patient Solutions Manager

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in managing financial assistance programs, specifically related to the DSWD, OP, and PCSO, is required.
Graduate of any 4-year course
Skills/Competencies required

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team

● Must be keen to details and able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking.

● Computer skills

● Exhibits excellent time management.
