Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth business application service operations by resolving issues in a timely manner
- Facilitate seamless transition of application features from development to production environments
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application service operations
- Assist in automating manual activities to improve consistency and efficiency of service delivery
- Provide application support with a strong focus on SQL-related issues, including queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance troubleshooting
- Handle incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management processes, managing escalations when needed
- Effectively communicate updates and resolutions to stakeholders during incident/problem management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile release management and deployment activities
- Utilize ITSM and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) for ticketing, tracking, and documentation

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SQL development
- Proficient in writing queries, stored procedures, and functions, with strong troubleshooting skills for database performance issues
- Experience in cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage, but not strictly required
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) is a plus
- Familiarity with incident and problem management processes
- Experience using ITSM/collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
- Understanding of Agile practices (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) with some release management exposure preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
