Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other means of communications; responding or forwarding as necessary.
- Prepare, revise, or proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Arrange and coordinate executive meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Conduct general administrative tasks, such as filing, expense reporting, and office management duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in BS Office Administration, BS Business Administration, or other related courses.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or any similar role.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Amenable to work from Monday to Saturday in Quezon City.
