Job Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Preferably, with a Finance background.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and always maintaining confidentiality.
- Must be at least a College Graduate

Job Description:
- Executive Assistant/Secretary to Country Head of Operations/Managing Director
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managing Director (MD).
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of MD and able to interact with other Geo-leads and associates.
- Performing various administrative tasks such as organizing files, drafting documents, and maintaining records.
- Preparing food and other requirements of clients.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects or events.
- Researching information, compiling reports, and preparing presentations for MD.
- Providing input and assistance to MD in making decisions by gathering relevant information and offering insights.
- Addressing day-to-day issues and challenges that arise, often requiring quick thinking and resourcefulness.
- With Travel/Logistics Function - provides support for client or employee travel requirements including hotel booking, travel insurance, visa application & logistics.
- Assisting other functions of admin.
