EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reviews and checks loan and mortgage documents;
2. Prepares and maintains proper safekeeping of loan documents needed for approval;
3. Reviews the Lease Purchase Agreements;
4. Conducts loan examination and Background Investigation;
5. Prepares Loan Examination and Background Investigation report;
6. Assists the collection unit in the evaluation and monitoring of remittances and collection notices
