ACCOUNTING MANAGER (HYBRID)

Responsibilities:

-Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
-Manage tax filings and statutory reports.
-Coordinate with auditors and government agencies.
-Review financial statements in line with PFRS.
-Supervise general accounting functions and month/year-end closing.
-Prepare audit schedules and support inspections.
-Monitor PEZA/BOI incentive compliance.
-Implement internal controls for asset and data protection.
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
-Lead and mentor the accounting team.
-Handle general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
-At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure to external audit or public accounting firms
-Experience with PEZA and/or BOI-registered companies is highly preferred
-Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
-Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP platforms)
-Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
