Job Responsibilities
Sales Activities:
Identifying new sales opportunities and promoting products or services to potential and existing customers.
Informing regular customers about new products or special offers.
Meeting sales targets and assisting with the overall sales volume of the store.
Delivery & Logistics:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses safely and on time.
Adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines.
Collecting payments from customers and securing signatures for delivery receipts.
Customer & Record Management:
Providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate delivery logs, sales records, and inventory information.
Communicating with customers and dispatch staff to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications and Skills
Licenses and Vehicle Operation:
A valid driver's license, often with a restriction code for motorcycles.
Ability to drive and operate a motorcycle, sometimes with a manual clutch.
Sales and Communication:
Experience in sales and marketing.
Strong customer service skills.
Good communication skills for dealing with customers and colleagues.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of navigation applications like Google Maps and Waze.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially for record-keeping.
Other Qualities:
Willingness to work according to delivery schedules and possibly overtime.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and organize work.
