Responsibilities:
- Keep the company compliant with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC rules—making sure all reports and filings are done on time.
- Handle VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other government requirements.
- Work closely with auditors, consultants, and government offices.
- Review financial reports to ensure they’re accurate and follow PFRS standards.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks—GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closings.
- Prepare schedules and documents for audits and inspections.
- Manage PEZA/BOI reporting and make sure incentive requirements are met.
- Keep strong internal controls in place to protect company assets.
- Help with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Guide and support the accounting team so they can do their best work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure in external auditor public accounting firms.
- Experience working with PEZA and/or BOI-registered companies is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
