*Provide New and Tenured Collectors with interesting and productive training sessions.
*Assess the Order To Cash (Collections) Training Program's efficacy and make any required modifications in consultation with the stakeholders.
*Keep abreast on collections training best practices and industry trends.
*Work together with stakeholders to determine any skills gaps or training needs, then create suitable recommendations or solutions to close the skills gap.
*Give Collectors continuing assistance and direction as required.
