Training and Development Specialist at Nanoleaf

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual who loves technology and can easily grasp both software and hardware knowledge bases. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others learn and grow, you will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement effective training programs, including orientation sessions, workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership training.
• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation to support various training initiatives.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions in person and virtually, ensuring all participants gain valuable knowledge and skills.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. Make continuous improvements based on findings.
• Provide coaching and support to employees, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers within Nanoleaf.
• Work closely with department heads and team leaders to align training programs with organizational goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training and development role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Tech-savvy with a love for technology and the ability to grasp both software and hardware knowledge bases.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred but not required:
• Experience in the technology or smart home industry.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with virtual training tools and platforms.
