Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and service

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends

Prepare and submit sales reports and client feedback to management

Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
