The Sales and Marketing Officer - Team Leader for our elevator company will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team to achieve business growth and sales targets. This position entails developing strategic plans, overseeing marketing initiatives, and driving sales efforts. The Team Leader will be the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring superior service delivery and maintaining strong relationships within the construction and real estate sectors. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of the elevator industry and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Management:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team in the branch to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
· Develop training programs to improve the team’s knowledge of elevator products and effective sales techniques.
· Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
· Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including property developers, construction companies, and facility managers.
· Oversee the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
· Negotiate and finalize major contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company together with the SMOs.

3. Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote elevator products and services.
· Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
· Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and launch marketing campaigns, utilizing both digital and traditional channels.
· Regular engaging in all the company’s social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn).

4. Market Analysis and Business Development:
· Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
· Provide strategic insights to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
· Develop partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders to expand the company's reach and influence.

5. Client Relationship Management:
· Address escalated client concerns and work with internal teams to find solutions promptly.
· Organize regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and explore future opportunities.

6. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
· Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
· Submission and Updating of Sales Pipeline Weekly and making sure that their SMO has a minimum of 20 RFQ monthly.
· Submission of Monthly Workload every 3rd week of the month.
· Prepare detailed reports for management, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies and improve overall team performance.
