Coordinate office facility works and projects
Facilitate movement of goods and services in the office premise
Manage chauffer, messenger, and utility personnel’s schedule of errands
Manage petty cash and payment of vendors and suppliers
Prepare Purchase Order (PO) and Request for Payment (RFP)
Request EWT and other tax component from accounting outsource
Prepare and release check payment
Handles petty cash and liquidation
Scanning of documents for records keeping
Assist in Recruitment, On-Boarding and Attendance Monitoring
Assist in sourcing, scheduling interviews and administering applicants’ exams
Process new hires’ requirements
Monitor and create employees’ attendance report
