Job Description

KONIKMAJOBS RECRUITMENT AGENCY is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Leader to oversee the management of large-scale wind farm projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage wind farm projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing wind farm projects or large-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of wind farm operations, construction, and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
