Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Angeles City
Availability: Immediate Start

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Agent with at least 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues and researching solutions.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Willingness to work in Angeles City and start immediately.
