Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of sales-related paperwork, handling departmental petty cash, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by handling sales queries, documentation, and related clerical tasks.
Process all paperwork related to sales activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and manage the Sales Department’s petty cash fund.
Serve as the Document Controller for all sales-related files and records.
Maintain regular communication with the Sales Team to ensure prompt processing of orders and updates.
Communicate with clients regarding delays or issues that may affect delivery or service timelines.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and internal processes.
Process transportation liquidations and reimbursements tied to sales operations.
Work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sales data and information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
At least one (1) year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Representative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
