QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2–5 years work experience or education in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication skills to work with teams and international clients
• Experience with CRM, CMS, or Martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress, etc.) is an advantage
• Willing to keep learning, especially in digital marketing, data analytics, and tech tools
• Interest in researching and learning new systems
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office, especially Excel
• Willing to work in Pasig City twice a week, night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and manage email campaign calendars, schedule sends, and prepare reports
• Plan and run A/B tests, track results, and suggest improvements
• Build and launch segmented email campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture)
• Set up automated email workflows using Marketing Automation Platforms
• Support marketing activities: website updates, landing pages, content management, and database updates
• Handle operations across tools like CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Analytics
• Work with team leads to improve email campaign performance and processes
• Process daily ad hoc requests based on workflows
• Support requests for data, reports, and insights
