DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
>> Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable function.
>> Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
>> Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
>> Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
>> Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions.
>> Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow.
>> Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
>> Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits.
>> Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
>> Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
>> Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
>> Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
>> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
>> Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
>> Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
>> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
