Completeness and time update of 201 files
Newly hired on-boarding orientation
Resignation Processes
Weekly processing of Petty Cash Funds of HR & Admin Department
Weekly monitoring of Liquidations, Cash advances, Back pay checks
Timely address branch concerns
Timely release of evaluation to the Department Head & Branch Manager
Timely release of COE Request
Provides reports to Department Head
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Assistance in business structures
Assistance in implementing development
Assistance in Measurement
Assistance in leading business optimazation
Conducts employee interview
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of four (4) years of BS-Business Administration, Human resources and other related courses
