The Unit Head Associate role is designed for individuals who want to build and lead their own financial advisory business, not just sell products or follow a traditional corporate career path.

At Manulife – Aetos Prosperity Unit, Unit Head Associates are trained to develop a professional practice—building a client base, forming and mentoring a team of Financial Advisors, and creating sustainable, long-term income through leadership and business ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own financial advisory practice
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Financial Advisors
- Provide coaching on sales, client management, and ethical practices
- Support team members in achieving licensing and performance milestones
- Oversee client portfolios and ensure service quality and compliance
- Participate in leadership training and strategic planning sessions
