TSD Administrative Assistant

> Responsible to collect all duly accomplished forms (Job Order Form, Work Order Request Form, Printer Pull Out Slip) needed by respective departments.
> Authorize to receive incoming calls from clients regarding technical inquiries and concerns.
> Responsible for the daily plotting of Technician’s itineraries in coordination with the TSD Supervisor and Technical Services Department Head.
> Update and monitor files such as replacement reports, TSD daily itineraries and other reports.
> Update and follow up warehouse for the deployment of printers, toners, inks, etc.
> Point-of-Contact (POC) for any technical issues and concerns
> Responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of replacements, new accounts, toners, and ink deliveries of technicians.
> Liaising to different departments such as collection, customer service and warehouse
> Documentation of technical concerns from the CSR Department.
> Responsible for conducting trainings and orientations to newly hired technicians.
> Coordination with other departments
> Act as Petty Cash Custodian.
> Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Technical Services Department Head.
