Civil Admin Engineer

Cainta, Philippines Sinobest Refrigeration Inc. Full time

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare progress reports of project site, attend meetings & conduct minutes of the meeting.
Maintain and monitor project plans.
Consolidate plans and other documents needed in building permit requirements.
Prepare daily reports, material request form and delivery slip.
Maintains and updates records of the project and recommends courses of action, if necessary.
Act as document controller of the project.
Perform activities assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering-Civil /Construction/Structural or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With experience in AUTOCAD and other software.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
With good verbal and written communication skill both in English and in Filipino.
Excellent Analytic Skills.
Must have good presentation skills.
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
Must be keen to details and a team player.
Can work under pressure.
Willing to work in Cainta Rizal.
