Location: Pasay City (Hybrid – 3x onsite per week)
Schedule: Dayshift

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional support for the SAP FICO module, ensuring efficient financial and controlling operations.
- Perform configuration and customization based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide support for system incidents, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Support testing, upgrades, and end-user training.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all configurations, enhancements, and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in SAP FICO (configuration, functional consulting, and support).
- Strong knowledge in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Experience with integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (onsite + remote).
