JOB SUMMARY The SAP FICO Analyst 1 – Cash Team is responsible for providing application support, configuration, and maintenance for SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) processes, focusing on Cash Management, Treasury, and Bank Accounting . The role supports the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and implementation of system improvements to ensure smooth financial transactions and reporting. V. WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide functional support in the SAP FICO module, primarily within the Cash Team (Bank Accounting, Cash Management, Treasury). Perform daily monitoring, issue resolution, and maintenance of cash-related SAP transactions and interfaces. Assist in system configuration and documentation for assigned FICO submodules under supervision of senior analysts. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash, payments, and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, Treasury, IT) to resolve operational issues and enhance process efficiency. Conduct testing (unit and integration) for enhancements, bug fixes, and new implementations. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and process guides. Participate in user training sessions and provide basic user support on SAP FICO functionalities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements. VI. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 2–4 years of experience in SAP FICO functional support or a similar role. Knowledge in Cash Management, Bank Accounting, Treasury, and Integration with AP/AR. Experience with SAP ECC; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage. Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
