AVP Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end management of multiple complex projects from initiation to completion.

2. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational strategies.

3. Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.

4. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

5. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

6. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to address potential delays or issues.

7. Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management for project-related services and materials.

8. Prepare and present regular project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

9. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

10. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

2. Licensed Engineer (PRC) preferred.

3. Latin honor graduate (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude) is an advantage.

4. Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.

5. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-value projects.

4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

6. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

7. Strong financial and contractual management abilities.

8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

9. Experience in real estate development, construction, or infrastructure projects.

10. Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

11. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
