Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (RETAIL/HEALTHCARE/FINANCIAL ACCOUNT) to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all interactions.

What you'll be doing
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Accurately record and document customer interactions and details
Resolve customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional service and support
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

What we're looking for
With or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role are welcome to apply (may vary on the account/campaign) *RETAIL/HEALTHCARE/FINANCIAL ACCOUNT
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
