RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Promote Products or Services
Create and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the company’s products, services, or app.
2. Content Creation
Assist in creating content for social media, flyers, ads, email campaigns, and the company website.
3. Market Research
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to help improve campaigns and strategies.
4. Social Media Management
Help manage company’s social media accounts: posting, replying to comments, and engaging with the audience.
5. Assist in Events and Promotions
Organize and support events, trade shows, store activations, or app-launch promos.
6. Monitor Campaign Performance
Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (e.g., app installs, reach, engagement).
7. Coordinate with Sales and Other Teams
Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts and customer acquisition strategies.
8. Graphic or Layout Support (basic level)
Assist in layout designs for marketing materials if needed (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
9. Customer Engagement
Gather customer feedback, manage online reviews, or respond to inquiries via chat or social media.
10. Administrative Tasks
Maintain marketing files, update databases, and help with daily reporting or documentation.
