Merchant Sales Associate

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
1-2 years of experience in banking or financial positions, preferably with a sales focus
Excellent English communication skills
Background in Relationship and Account Management is advantageous
Familiarity with acquiring practices and exposure to the banking or finance industry are desirable qualifications
Must be willing to do field work (transportation will be taken care of by the company)

As a Bank Sales Associate, your responsibilities will involve managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new merchants, addressing the specific needs of assigned merchants, supporting company promotions and initiatives, evaluating potential merchant partnerships, conducting regular visits to ensure merchant satisfaction, and reviewing billing performance while preparing analysis reports.
