Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and concerns via phone in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products or services
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
Handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skills
Newbies are welcome to apply
Experience in customer service is a PLUS
Can construct clear sentences independently
Can handle pressure and multitask
Open to shifting schedules
Must be willing to work onsite in Angono, Rizal
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
