Production Crew

Key Responsibilities
Operating Machinery: Feeding raw materials into production lines, monitoring machine operations, and maintaining equipment.
Assembly: Assembling products or components according to specifications and instructions.
Quality Control: Performing quality checks, identifying defects, and ensuring finished products meet standards.
Maintenance: Keeping work areas and machinery clean and orderly to prevent hazards and ensure smooth operations.
Production Targets: Meeting daily production goals and deadlines.
Safety & Compliance: Following all safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhering to company and industry regulations.
Packaging & Shipping: Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Physical Dexterity: The ability to stand for long hours, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy materials.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail to ensure product quality and identify issues.
Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with others in a production team environment.
Communication: Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with supervisors and team members.
Reliability: Punctuality, a willingness to work flexible shifts, and the ability to work independently when needed.
Educational Background: Often a high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
