Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Operation & Assembly: Operate production machinery and assemble parts or components according to specifications and manuals.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on machinery, report faults to maintenance staff, and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
Packaging & Shipping: Pack finished goods, attach labels, and prepare items for shipping.
Workplace Safety: Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished goods, using manual methods or equipment like forklifts.
Teamwork & Communication: Work cooperatively with other crew members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy loads.
Attention to Detail: A crucial skill for monitoring the production line, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet standards.
