- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure games meet high standards of performance, usability, and player satisfaction.

- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and creative approaches to enhance game development processes and outputs.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of multimedia and game development initiatives to align with the company’s vision and goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D games developed using C# and Unity Engine.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with excellent people management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, user experience, and multimedia production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving gaming industry.
- Experience with VR/AR game development is advantage.
