Qualifications
• Experience as a UI/UX Designer in an Agile environment, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers.(Non-Negotiable)

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. (Non-Negotiable)

• Possesses a portfolio demonstrating at least 1+ yrs of experience in UX design demonstrating expertise. (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong knowledge of modern interfaces, libraries, and best practices. (Non-Negotiable)

• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams and workflows. (Non-Negotiable)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes within often tight deadlines or quick turnaround times. (Non-Negotiable)

• Ability to document root cause of User experience and usability issues instead of symptoms and propose clear solution. (Non-Negotiable)

• Should be able to draw conclusions and effectively communicates findings with both technical and non-technical team members, providing active leadership skills across project team and business community. (Non-Negotiable)

• A passion for solving problems and supplying workable solutions.

• Excellent organization skills, self-managing, and pragmatic.

• Expert written and verbal communications skills.
