• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Verify Medical Certificates issued by the employees.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Update 201 Files of Employee.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Order and buy office supplies.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Assist expat employee to check up when sick.
• Provide general support to HR and Admin Department
• Assist, support and handle requests and queries from the senior officers
