We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Sales and Operations Assistant to work directly with Brandon. The role involves reviewing countertops, flooring, and cabinet supplies within Odoo, reaching out to suppliers for pricing and inventory, and assisting Brandon with day-to-day communications and deal closures. If you’re successful in this role, there is a strong possibility of transitioning to a full-time position quickly.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Brandon to manage communications and support deal closures.
  • Utilize Odoo to review and manage inventory for countertops, flooring, and cabinet supplies.
  • Reach out to suppliers for pricing, inventory updates, and other inquiries.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

Job Requirements:
  • Strong CRM background, specifically with Odoo, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
  • Proven experience in speaking with American clients and managing client communications.
  • Availability to work from 8 AM to 12 PM EST, with the potential to extend hours as needed.
