Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Blogger and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling content, managing our online presence, and driving engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
    • Write engaging and informative blog posts tailored to our B2B audience.
    • Develop newsletters that provide value to our subscribers and drive engagement.
    • Create guest blog posts and distribute them on Medium, Reddit, Twitter, and other relevant social forums.
    • Maintain and update content on the LeadAdvisors website to ensure it is fresh and relevant.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Build and manage content clusters to improve SEO and enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with partners to post more content and expand our reach.
    • Guide the social media team in posting blogs and related content to promote our brand.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Provide regular reports on content engagement and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content marketing, blogging, and social media management.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
