As an Email Marketing Specialist at LeadAdvisors, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategies. You will work closely with our content, design, and analytics teams to deliver targeted email marketing campaigns that drive conversions and foster customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage email campaigns using HubSpot, including creating templates, newsletters, and automated workflows.
  • Develop compelling visuals and graphics using Canva or similar tools to enhance email content and engagement.
  • Segment audiences to ensure personalized and relevant messaging across different customer groups.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and clean email databases to ensure high deliverability and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including campaign creation, segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong design skills with a creative mindset, utilizing Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing email content.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, ensuring all email content is polished, on-brand, and error-free.
  • Effective communicator and team player who thrives in collaborative environments and works well with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
