Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, in partnership with a leading last-mile technology logistics company in the country, is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Marketing Manager- Branding & Creatives.

Job Summary:As the Marketing Manager- Branding & Creatives, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand marketing strategy for our esteemed client. Based in Makati City, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3x per week onsite) with a day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the head of marketing and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness strategies across various channels, ensuring consistency with company branding goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of branding initiatives, from planning to post-mortem analysis.
  • Manage the creation of brand materials, both online and offline, in line with marketing plans.
  • Organize structured events and brand platforms, optimizing channel effectiveness and outreach.
  • Partner with the marketing campaigns team to scale user acquisition efforts effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform and adjust brand strategies.
  • Track and report on brand performance metrics to senior management, driving future initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to maintain brand voice and integrity.
  • Supervise and mentor brand marketing specialists, graphic designers, and copywriters.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel marketing and brand strategy development.
  • Strong project management and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php110,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
