Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required.

Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to HR functions
  • Admin: Oversee day-today administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to office administration
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and guidance as needed
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters and other legal proceedings
  • Manage legal documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues as needed
