HR & Admin Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required.
- Above average communication skills (written, spoken); English must be up to professional standards
- Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to HR functions
- Admin: Oversee day-today administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to office administration
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies
- Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and guidance as needed
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters and other legal proceedings
- Manage legal documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues as needed
