Biñan, Philippines Leads Agricultural Products Corporation Full time ₱35,000 - ₱45,000
Accounting Supervisor supervises the accurate completion of the day-to-day functions of the accounting department. Ensures complete, accurate, timely and consistent financial reporting. Ensures compliance with organizational and governmental policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain separate report on accrual of RR without vendor’s invoice via personal sub-ledger per supplier
  • Month end adjustment report (re: suppliers unpaid balances) 
  • Reconcile Payments
  • Maintains actual costing of inventory items and furnish accounting/finance heads for the details with GJ entry for approval
  • Up to date cash position report such as unreleased, outstanding and for payments of checks
  • Analysis of total purchases for the period with current inventory on hand and COGS
  • Quantity or Price Variance of production
  • Actual Inventory item status and Cost per unit at any given period of time
  • Inventory list
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Collate and draft Financial Statements for the month with supporting schedules and analysis for review (BS, PnL, Cash Flows)
  • ITR Preparation
  • In charge of 1604CF
 PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP: 
  • Completes operational requirements by properly assigning employees, and make recommendations for change in roles or coverage of assignments or team configurations in order to maximize employees’ productivity. 
  • Maintains the approved/current manpower complement by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and continuously training employees. 
  • Maintains the job results of the approved/current manpower complement by constantly and periodically counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising their job performance and results. 
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/trainings; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 
  • Ensures that the accounting team is aligned with the same objectives, strategies, and activities at all times. 
  • Motivates employees by ensuring that all team meetings are also used as venues for continuous learning of team members. 
  • Provides general guidelines and over-all directions to team members in relation to compliance, discipline, and human relations. 
 Complies with all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.  Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
