Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at EMS Services Philippines Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to the growth of our company by sourcing high-quality products from vendors.

About the Role

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for negotiating with vendors to obtain the best possible prices for our products, suggesting alternative components to reduce costs, and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

•
  Contact vendors to obtain competitive pricing for new products
  Suggest alternative components to reduce costs
  Locate Amphenol components to reduce costs and support company growth
  Process orders in MRP software accurately and on time
  Communicate shipping dates to customer service and update them on progress
  Expedite the quoting process with vendors as needed
  Perform duties as mandated by the supervisor

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  At least 2 years' experience with ERP/MRP software
  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of P350,000 - P500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
