Job Description:We are seeking a responsible and experienced Virtual assistant-Receptionist to join our team. While operating remotely, the Virtual Assistant will provide various services, including administrative support, managing your online presence, and administering customer service for our existing and new clients.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, efficient in time management, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a Virtual Assistant/Online Receptionist 
  • Experience servicing customers ideally in hospitality, concierges/lifestyle servicing, high-end customer service, or sales roles. Travel reservation experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to provide premium customer service, ideally in a Call Center environment. 
  • A passion for building customer loyalty by carefully listening, building rapport and providing extraordinary customer care, using strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to fluently speak and write in English. 
  • Natural consultative skills, with the ability to offer confident recommendations 
  • Sufficient geography knowledge
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools.
  • Able to manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker and ability to work on multiple instructions.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • The flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends 
  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, and college undergrads may apply

Duties and Responsibilities:
  •  Available to work 40 hours per week
  • Manage Social Media Marketing 
  • Calendar Management. Manage travel plans for clients and employees   
  • Schedule meetings with clients
  • Able to work nights (EST), weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Research, plan and execute customized travel experiences, through booking domestic and international flights, car and/or hotel travel arrangements
  • Promptly respond to client concerns.
  • Participating in meetings and committees as reasonably requested by the Company related to the Contractor’s services
  • Other reasonable office-related duties
