- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, pet specialty stores, veterinarians, and e-commerce platforms.
- Lead negotiations and contract agreements with new accounts to drive sales growth.
- Develop sales strategies and execute market expansion plans.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure effective product placement, availability, and competitive pricing.
- Provide training and support to distributors and retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from customers, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributor and retail partners in resolving supply chain, logistics, and product-related concerns.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Regional Sales Director.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and brand activations.
- Represent Addiction Pet Foods at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Attend and actively participate in pet expos, trade fairs, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or distributor management in the pet food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines as required.
