The Impact You'll Make

You will be responsible for selling the company's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

What You'll Do

You will develop and execute strategies to maintain account penetration, including defense plans to gain market share and increase gross margin and profitability. This role also involves predicting revenue, building customer trust, and managing installed base activities such as escalation, contract performance, CoC, and productivity.
  • Develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics based on penetration and defense projects.
  • Forecast and meet quarterly commitments and annual operating plan (AOP) objectives.
  • Manage product/tool gross margin and profitability.
  • Establish and strengthen customer relations and business partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary contact regarding details and explanations of Lam's Clean/Deposition products, handling sales, delivery, and negotiations paperwork.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and update them regularly; issue quotations, PCWs, and NSRs for proper configuration and system slotting.
  • Align strategies to meet gross margin goals through negotiations, configuration management, order fulfillment, PO processes, and AR collection.
Who We're Looking For
  • Preferred candidates will have an MS degree in chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Lam's deposition/clean technology and related software.
  • Familiarity with Lam's internal management systems, including financial/P&L models, is advantageous.
  • Experience in account management, people management, and strategic customer relationship building.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and experience working with challenging partners.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within your area of responsibility.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
