The Strategy & Analytics Project Manager will report to the AVP Strategy & Analytics and play a key role in supporting the North America Treasury Operations leadership with strategic planning, execution, managing strategic projects, and developing our Reporting & Analytics function.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Treasury Operations leadership, internal partners (IT, BUs, Treasury, Asia Treasury Ops, Advanced Analytics, Global Operations, etc.), and colleagues in the Strategy & Analytics team. Success will be measured by the effective execution of NATO's strategy and achievement of strategic KPI targets.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a strategic-minded project manager to build or expand experience in strategic planning, execution, and business results.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Support strategic activities such as planning, execution, communication, and reporting.
    • Monitor NATO's strategic roadmap and KPI performance, proactively addressing issues to meet targets.
    • Manage key strategic projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
    • Lead or support enterprise Outcome Delivery Framework activities.
    • Coordinate with internal partners as needed.
    • Support AI & Automation initiatives, including tracking and reporting.
    • Produce strategic messaging and presentations.
    • Facilitate leadership meetings and conduct strategic research.
    • Support department activities like Townhalls and communications.
    • Leverage AI & automation to improve processes.
    • Build strong stakeholder relationships.
      • Reporting & Analytics
        • Assist with reporting request processes and project delivery.
        • Manage reporting & analytics projects.
        • Help establish centralized KPI measurement and reporting using analytics, dashboards, and automation.
        Qualifications:
        • 5+ years as an intermediate or senior Project Manager.
        • 5+ years managing projects with PM tools & methodologies.
        • 3+ years creating reports for leadership.
        • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
        • Strong presentation skills.
        • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
        • Project management certification is a plus.
        • Experience with strategic activities, Manulife's systems, data analytics, AI, and automation are assets.
